John Monarch

John Monarch is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader specializing in supply chain innovation, blockchain integration, and digital transformation. He has founded and led multiple startups, including serving as CEO of ShipChain, a blockchain-based logistics platform. John has consulted for Fortune 500 companies and celebrity-owned brands, bringing deep expertise in ecommerce operations, logistics, and customer service. He is a recognized expert with the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) and has contributed to the World Economic Forum's Blockchain in Supply Chain initiative. John holds a B.S. in Physics from Clemson University and is a regular contributor to CEOWORLD magazine on topics such as supply chain resilience, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

Katie Fowler

Katie Fowler believes transformation is more than meets the eye. She specializes in leading complex transformations with a focus on cultural change management. Fowler built her experience working at Dell Computers, GE and Fortive while obtaining her master’s degree in supply chain management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She then took her expertise to SLB and Signify. Fowler has served in a variety of leadership roles including vice president of supply chain, head of sales and operations planning, and supply chain operations systems deployment leader. Her career has led her across the United States, the Middle East and Northern Europe and then back to Houston where she founded her company, Unchained Value. With more than 15 years of experience in logistics, transformation, international operations and supply chain, Fowler brings a deep understanding of what it takes to make businesses successful and agile.

Greg Schlegel

Greg Schlegel, CPIM, CSP, Jonah, is the founder and CEO of The Supply Chain Risk Management Consortium, which consists of 33 companies and 1,750 supply chain risk professionals who identify, assess, mitigate and manage supply chain risks. He has been a supply chain executive for several Fortune 100 companies as well as a supply chain executive consultant for IBM. Schlegel also has taught supply chain and risk management for 10 years at Lehigh University and has been an adjunct professor teaching enterprise risk management for Villanova University. He also was APICS’s 1997 International Society President.
