Melissa Luther is a Product & Supply Chain Risk Manager at Fluence Energy, a global leader in battery energy storage systems, where she delivers enterprise-level risk initiatives that strengthen operational resilience and embed risk governance across the product lifecycle.  With a decade of experience spanning global supply chain operations, business transformation, and strategic risk management at ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips, Melissa brings both operational depth and strategic perspective to complex organizational challenges.

At Fluence, she designs scalable frameworks to manage product and supply chain risk across functions.  Her work emphasizes a risk-informed culture, actionable intelligence, and governance structures that are fit-for-operations, enabling teams to make faster, smarter decisions while managing uncertainty. She's passionate about designing processes that not only scale but bring out the best in the people who use them.  Melissa is also an MBA candidate at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, graduating later this year.
