Viswanath A. Vadakkath (Viswa) works in Deloitte's Manufacturing Strategy and Smart Operations practice and leads the development of the smart operations pillar of the Digital Capabilities Model (DCM). His work emphasizes delivering sustainable value for companies through end-to-end supply chain transformations, and he serves domestic and international clients across industries including industrial products, technology, and consumer goods. Prior to Deloitte, Vadakkath led teams across lean manufacturing, quality assurance and plant engineering at Caterpillar. He holds an MBA in supply chain management, strategy, and finance from Penn State and a B.Tech degree in mechanical engineering from Amrita University in Coimbatore, India.
