Description

Join us for an insightful webinar featuring one of the best sessions from CONNECT 2024: North America! Continuous improvement has been a buzzword for the past two decades, but what happens when it starts to lose its impact?

In this engaging discussion, we’ll tackle critical questions: Are we truly implementing continuous improvement effectively? Are we stuck in an endless improvement loop? Have we misunderstood the core principles of continuous improvement? Together, we’ll examine how to select what to improve and the strategies for effective implementation. We’ll also discuss when it might be time to abandon a process that’s no longer beneficial.

Focusing on key areas such as talent acquisition, cycle counting, inventory management, and sales and operations planning, we’ll evaluate whether our actions are still adding value. Join us to explore new perspectives and practical solutions to reinvigorate your continuous improvement efforts!
