Description
Each year organizations plan transformation efforts with objectives to improve efficiency, increase quality, and manage costs amongst others. The approach to get there is often short sided, focusing on systems, processes and supplier relationships as work projects with the goal to implement, deliver in a different manner or work with a different supplier. However, for efforts to be successful the need goes beyond these goals, shifting focus on changed behavior and sustainable desired results.
How is this achieved? This session will teach you how to lead change with and through people, increasing probability for success and modeling sound change management methods to use in future efforts.
