This presentation takes a closer look at supply chain performance management, starting with an overview of a performance management framework and highlighting the key characteristics of a performance management system. The balanced scorecard approach is introduced, along with its link to supply chain performance management. Attendees will learn the most commonly used metrics related to efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety, along with key supply chain metrics used in various industries. Presenter Sunil Bharadwaj will also share a snapshot of functional KPIs across the plan-source-make-deliver-return cycle, and the most important factors to consider while developing a performance management system. The presentation also sheds light on the three vs: visibility, velocity, and variability.
