If you already have S&OP underway, you’ll gain insight into the impediments that may be keeping you from getting the most out of it and learn best practices that will aid in continuous improvement. If you are in the early stages of S&OP and haven't made it past step 4 (pre-executive meeting), you’ll learn techniques to get executives involved and wanting to be part of the process. If you are planning to begin the S&OP process, you'll come away with a better understanding of what to do and what to avoid when it comes to getting executive buy-in.
