Panel Discussion: Clearing the Roadblocks to S&OP Success

Catalog: Presentations
Short name: Panel Discussion: Clearing the Roadblocks to S&OP Success

Description

Experts report that nearly 70% of companies are stuck in the "reacting" and "anticipating" phases of sales and operations planning (S&OP). These areas focus on inward processes and tend to take years to solidify. To address the uncertainty, complexity and risk that naturally come with today's global, digital supply chains, it's necessary to take the leap to more mature S&OP stages. Of course, this is easier said than done. In this session, some of the brightest minds in S&OP will discuss best practices that have emerged from our unprecedented times and how to apply them in your own organization.
