Nicholas Little is director of railway education at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He brings industry-based expertise to complement academic strengths as a member of its Executive Development Programs group, specializing in customized programs and global supply chain client relationships.

Steven Melnyk, Ph.D., is a professor of supply chain and operations management at Michigan State University. He has co-authored 20 books and more than 90 articles. Melnyk's research focus includes supply chain risk and resilience, strategic supply chain management, behavioral research, and certified management standards.
