Description
This presentation digs down into the traditional step 4 (pre-executive S&OP meeting) and step 5 (executive S&OP meeting) of the five-step sales and operations planning process. First, the stage will be set by a review of the entire five-step process so everyone is on the same page. Then the fourth and fifth steps will be illustrated in greater detail, with a presentation and discussion based on actual implementations, that demonstrates the keys and barriers to success, and the valuable benefits of these last two critical steps of S&OP. The process is critical in getting the team engaged and aligned so that finance, operations, and sales can work together to achieve agreed-upon goals.
