After a 12 month research initiative on supply chain transparency and trust—conducted in collaboration with the Department of War—the SCRM Consortium, together with a select group of five consulting partners (MBE 3D Engineers, University Supply Chain Chair, Organizational Development Professor, Master Integrator-LSSMBB, and DoW SaaS -SC Illumination solution provider), co developed a breakthrough approach to measuring and accelerating trust as a core operational capability: the Trust Acceleration Index™ (TAI™).
Drawing on 70+ executive interviews, 200+ global survey responses, and cross industry workshops, this session will reveal how trust directly impacts cost, speed, resilience, and decision making under pressure.
Participants will gain a concise overview of the Trust Acceleration Index™ (TAI™)—an AI enabled framework that identifies hidden friction, quantifies trust gaps, and links them to measurable performance outcomes.
The session will conclude with an invitation to join a select group of ALPHA participants to apply TAI™ in their organization—at no cost.
