Author Bio

DeAnna Harner: DeAnna Harner is a former ASCM Houston board member, adjunct professor, and a 25-year supply chain corporate leader turned executive advisor. She partners with supply chain and operations leaders to apply AI with purpose, driving measurable value, agility, and resilience to navigate today’s disruptions and prepare for what’s next.

Raina Avalon: Raina Avalon is Executive Vice President & Chief Logistics Officer at The TJX Companies, where she leads the strategy and execution for one of the retail industry’s most complex logistics networks. With more than 30 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain leadership, Raina has a proven track record of driving end-to-end supply chain improvements, building analytics-driven capabilities, and enhancing operational efficiency to deliver greater value for customers and the business.

Before joining TJX, Raina held senior logistics roles at Sysco, overseeing domestic and international logistics across a network serving hundreds of thousands of customers, and at Family Dollar and Dollar General, where she led transportation operations and strategy.

A passionate advocate for leadership development and inclusion, Raina has co-led women’s leadership forums and sponsors employee resource initiatives, and she serves on advisory boards supporting community and nonprofit work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles.

Rebecca Wlazlo: Rebecca Wlazlo is Vice President of Fulfillment at L.L. Bean, Inc., where she leads fulfillment operations for one of America’s most iconic outdoor and lifestyle brands. With more than two decades of experience in supply chain and fulfillment leadership, Rebecca brings a passion for operational excellence, talent development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through robust, scalable fulfillment networks.

Prior to joining L.L. Bean, Rebecca built deep expertise across supply chain and operations roles, and her leadership reflects a strategic focus on people, culture, and continuous improvement in complex distribution environments. Known for her ability to connect organizational purpose to operational outcomes, she champions inclusive leadership and empowering teams to drive results and innovate at scale.

Rebecca is also actively engaged in broader leadership communities—both within industry and among women advancing in corporate leadership—bringing perspective on workforce strategy, resilience, and growth in supply chain careers.
