Wendy Tate, Ph.D.

Professor of Supply Chain Management in the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management, University of Tennessee

Wendy teaches undergraduate, MBA, executive, and Ph.D. students strategic sourcing and sustainability. She has an interest in the financial impacts of business decisions across the supply chain. She serves as co-editor in chief for the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management. Prior to receiving her Ph.D., she spent 17 years in corporate planning, supply chain management, purchasing, and operations management in the furniture industry.

Andrea Sordi, Ph.D.

Academic Director for the Executive MBA in Supply Chain Management and Clinical Professor of Supply Chain Management, University of Tennessee

Andrea is a supply chain strategist and "innovationist" who is passionate about the social sustainable supply chain. He spent 20 years in the fast-moving consumer goods industry driving large procurement transformations centered on innovation, digitalization, data science, and advanced capabilities. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Genoa, Italy.

Xiaogeng "Mike" Deng, CSCP, PMP

Senior Manager in the Supply Chain and Network Operations Practice, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Mike is a digital supply chain thought leader with extensive strategy and operations consulting experience for global Fortune 500 companies. His areas of specialization include supply chain strategy, digital supply network transformation, strategic sourcing, and cloud procurement. Mike holds an M.B.A. in supply chain management from the University of Tennessee, an M.E. in information technology from Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy, and a B.A. in computer science in Beijing, China.

Don Good

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Don Good is a principal with Deloitte Consulting and leads the Coupa alliance globally, which helps clients capture the full value of Coupa's suite of cloud-based financial applications. Don is focused on expanding global market presence, increasing delivery capabilities, and fostering new relationships within Coupa. He has advised clients on global business process variations as diverse as VAT, financial reporting, and statutory purchasing requirements. He has worked for over 25 years in and around procurement operations and has led programs at some of Deloitte's largest client relationships, including Caterpillar, Nike, Barclays, Prudential, Bank of New York Mellon, and others.
