He obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Iowa and a master of public administration degree from Roosevelt University.

Dennis (DJ) Horton:  VP of Supply Chain, Little Giant Ladder Systems

Dennis “DJ” Horton Jr. is a global supply chain executive with deep operational experience across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing. He began his Supply Chain journey at GE, expanded his scope at Michelin, and today leads end-to-end supply chain strategy at Little Giant Ladder Systems where he drives co-manufacturing, inventory, SIOP/IBP, and logistics across six international sites. DJ is a people-first leader known for building aligned, accountable teams and for mentoring the next generation of supply chain professionals to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.
