Author Bio
Douglas Kent - Douglas J. Kent is the executive vice president of corporate and strategic alliances at ASCM. He oversees ASCM’s corporate member community, global training partners, North American chapters, academic relationships, and industry and technology collaborators. He is also responsible for growing and strengthening ASCM’s alliances with nongovernmental organizations and its community-based objectives. Kent has more than 35 years of transformational advisory and practitioner experience with large multi-national organizations. He specializes in transformations based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard (SCOR-DS), supply chain strategy and segmentation, supply chain planning, enterprise risk optimization and supply chain visibility. As an APICS certified SCOR-DS master instructor, he leads workshops, education and transformational programs around the globe. Kent holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University and a master’s degree in international business from Pepperdine University.

Kate Schwoyer- Kate Schwoyer has more than 20 years of supply chain experience in the consumer goods industry, specifically personal care, food and chemical manufacturing. In her current role as global supply chain director for Ashland Inc., she is responsible for the life sciences and intermediates supply chain; Europe, the Middle East and Africa customer service and logistics; and global strategic planning, process and tools. Prior to joining Ashland, Schwoyer worked for McCormick & Co. and the Estee Lauder Companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Craig Jones - Craig Jones is chief supply chain officer at On. As a customer-centric supply chain leader dedicated to meaningful transformation, he brings a strategic blend of financial acumen, data-driven insights and digital transformation expertise to build agile, resilient and customer-focused supply chain ecosystems. Jones has a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics, having led several large-scale global operations that drive profitability and operational efficiencies. He is passionate about the power of real-time data analytics, AI and predictive modeling for improved forecasting and inventory optimization.

Renata Fioravante - Renata Fioravante is an accomplished international supply-chain executive with more than 25 years of experience leading end-to-end operations, strategy and transformation in global organizations.

In her current role as Senior Executive Director at Campari Group, Renata drives strategic supply-chain initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, logistics and sustainability.

Over the course of her career, she has helped build high-performance supply-chain teams, fostered cross-functional collaboration, and delivered measurable value in complex, dynamic environments.
