Kimberley Duarte

Strategic Programs and Operations, Circular Supply Chain Network

Kimberley Duarte is a supply chain and sustainability professional with a strong focus on energy storage, critical minerals and metals circularity. Her experience includes building and scaling supply chain, strategic sourcing, and operations functions in high-growth environments focused on clean and circular technologies. She holds a master’s degree in new energy engineering, applying technical expertise to supply chain strategy, responsible sourcing and sustainable material flows. A volunteer with the Circular Supply Chain Network and recipient of the 2024 ASCM Emerging Supply Chain Leader award, Duarte is passionate about advancing sustainability in manufacturing and driving circular economy adoption.

 

Matt Talbert

Senior Manager, Content & Business Intelligence, ASCM

Matt Talbert has been with ASCM for more than eight years and currently is the senior manager of content and business intelligence. His background is in data analysis, research and survey methodology. He oversees the development of ASCM's annual Supply Chain Salary and Career Survey Report and the annual Top 10 Supply Chain Trends list. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Iowa and a master of public administration degree from Roosevelt University.
